DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING CHARGES

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash On Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken.
2. Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Smart Wear liability.
3. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
4. We only deliver to Sharjah and Dubai Emirate till this date.
5. If you want to return or exchange your order,  users must submit a request as mentioned in return and refund policy page within 14 days of receiving the order.
6. If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.
7. If you want to cancel your order, First you need to make sure that your are eligible for that  by doing this :
   log into your account and go to ‘Order Tracking’. You can cancel your order up until the point where the” Your Order Has been Shipped” is not reached yet. if it does this means that the items have been dispatched and your order can no longer be cancelled. if Your Order Has not been shipped yet You shall contact us as mentioned at  Contact Us Page.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order Online: Select “In-Store Pickup” as your delivery option during checkout.
2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with the details.
3. Pickup Window: Please pick up your order within 3 days of receiving the confirmation. Uncollected orders will be returned to stock.

What to Bring

• Order Confirmation: Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed).
• Identification: Valid ID that matches the name on the order.

Important Information

• Pickup Time Limit: Orders must be collected within 3 days. After this period, uncollected orders will be restocked, and a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund.
• Full Payment: Orders must be prepaid online, ensuring faster processing and quicker pickup times.
